Doesn’t Get Any Better Than This

Oh - what a weekend. 3 full days of leisure. This was the best unmapped long weekend we have enjoyed in a long time.
The weather was cool, but sunny. We picked rocks, dug walkways, weeded and hoed in the garden, cut grass, and  re-potted house plants.

I Can’t Believe I Ate the WHOLE Thing

I thought Wisconsin had scored another 1st until Brent told me it is an Iowa tradition to serve pig in the same way. Pretty nutty idea if you ask me.
Wisconsinites have deep-fried cheese curds, candy bars and Twinkies. They now have deep-fried livestock testicles, too.
